Our Return & Exchange Window

We accept return and exchange requests within 14 days of your delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your item was delivered, we are unfortunately unable to offer a return or exchange.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within your 14-day window with your order number and the reason for your request. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
